Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail tracked or untracked.
Working days are Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Shipping costs are based on weight, occasionally if your order is very bulky we may need to make an extra charge, in which case we will contact you.
Royal Mail Untracked
Our untracked service with Royal Mail takes up to 10 working days (most countries are 4-5 days) Orders under £30 will go via the untracked service.
Royal Mail's tracked service
This also takes up to 10 days, but is trackable. Orders over £100 (excluding shipping charge) will always be trackable.

♡ PACKAGING ♡
Your order will be packaged beautifully in tissue paper, with our own fun stickers. We try to be as eco-friendly as possible here, and this includes re-using some of our supplier packaging. It makes sense to re-use it before recycling it. So if your box is a little tatty, don't panic - what's inside will be perfect and shiny new! Please recycle or re-use all packaging - all cardboard is recyclable, and our mailing bags are recyclable and biodegradable.
Returns & Exchanges
♡ RETURNS ♡
Of course we want you to be delighted with your purchase from Hushh Kids, but we know that sometimes when buying online you just can't tell whether you've made the perfect purchase until you see it in person. That's totally fine!
However may we ask that you follow the instructions to make sure we can process a return or exchange as quickly as possible:
Take care of our products until they are returned to us, as we are not able to refund or exchange anything that is not as we sent it to you. It must be unused, in its original packaging, and ready to be resold.
The manufacturers packaging is considered part of the product - please do not damage or deface branded boxes/packaging.
Please include your name, order details and reason for return in the packaging along with a contact telephone number.
Return your items within 21 days of receipt, or 10 days for sale/discounted items.
We cannot accept returns on custom products, including fabric (as it is cut to size) and personalised products.
♡ EXCHANGES ♡
If you would like an exchange, please put your contact details in the parcel. As we don't always have all products in stock, please allow for some time to receive your new order.
♡ FAULTY ITEMS ♡
If an item is delivered to you in a damaged or faulty state, we are so sorry! Of course, be assured we will fix the issue as soon as possible. Send us an email or message our chat on our website and someone will be in touch with you soon. If we've sent you the wrong item please let us know asap.
♡ LOST IN THE POST? ♡
If your parcel doesn't arrive within 10 working days please let us know. Unfortunately if we haven't been notified within this time period we may be unable to resolve this issue.
